Studio Details and Tour
Studio Q is made up of two studio spaces that can be booked independently or together depending on the size/needs of your project. When booking, be sure to select the correct studio!
Studio 1 is our original, larger 5,000 sq ft space opened in 2020.
Studio 2 is the new 1,500 sq ft space, opened summer 2022.
We’ve included photos, a video walk through, and details below for both studios to make sure you are booking the perfect space for your needs.

STUDIO 1
Studio 1 is our original studio space. It’s a large, open, white washed industrial space.
Fully white washed floor, walls and ceiling.
2 parking spaces provided directly in front of the studio for use during your booking.
Street level entrance - ADA approved
5,000 sq ft
Maximum 45 guests allowed at this time
Lounge area with couch for clients or lifestyle photo shoots
Large open space for fashion, lifestyle or tabletop photo or video shoots
Wall mounted 9ft paper sweeps - White, Gray, Black + various colors
3 mobile walls (8ft x 8ft) solid white on one side and white shiplap or green shrub on the other.
Full Kitchen
Custom cabinets
Custom copper sink
6 burner gas stove top
3 ovens (1 gas, 2 electric)
Standard residential fridge/freezer + double door commercial refrigerator
5 cu ft deep freezer
Private bathroom
Complementary coffee (Nespresso!), tea, spa water and snacks at the guest station.
Ambient Noise Level:
We do not have sound panels and we are located in a shared building on street level. We unfortunately cannot guarantee a quiet space.
We can control all noise levels coming from inside the studio space (HVAC and appliances) and haven’t had any issues with sound levels, but we cannot guarantee other building tenants or outside noises won’t be audible. Please plan accordingly if recording with sound is a priority.
STUDIO 2
Studio 2 is a new addition and has a more cozy, lifestyle look.
Separate entrance from Studio 1

30” Viking Range with 4 gas burners

Studio 2 is located near the main entrance and staircase for the building so noise levels are dependent on building tenants.
