The rental customer is responsible for any and all costs related to damage, loss or theft of rental equipment while in their possession. The security/damage deposit may be applied to these costs. Any excess deposit will be refunded after the repair/replacement costs have been determined.

Equipment Condition & Insurance 

Insurance is the sole responsibility of the renter. Studio Q inspects all equipment for damage when  returned. Any damage to the equipment will be charged to the renter. Studio Q recommends that the  renter inspects the equipment condition upon pick up and tests the equipment before going to the job.
